The Opportunity

In the UAE, Puig is synonymous with excellence, offering iconic beauty brands like Penhaligon's, Byredo, Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

We are seeking passionate Emirati talents to join our Emiratisation program in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as part time Perfumes Consultants working in a luxury department store environment.

What you'll get to do

• Customer Experience: Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, showcasing an in-depth understanding of Puig's luxury brands and matching fragrances to individual preferences.

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in Puig's perfume portfolio, including the history, ingredients, and cultural inspirations behind each scent.

• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty.

• Brand Ambassador: Represent Puig's values and adhere to brand standards 

• Market Insights: Understand local consumer trends and preferences to provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

• Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches and enhance sales techniques.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance consulting, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for luxury fragrances, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
