About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join in Jumeirah Emirates Tower.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate.
Demonstrates proficiency in English.
Uses MICROS, TAHWEEL, and HSI systems effectively.
Manages purchasing through relevant software.
Brings 3–5 years’ experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager.
Shows a strong F&B background in a standalone or branded restaurant.
