About the Job:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple developments, from design through execution to final handover
Oversee project planning, execution strategies, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
Drive contractor performance, procurement strategies, and mitigation plans to meet timelines and delivery goals
Manage change requests, clearly communicating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders
Enforce structured project governance, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, safeguarding cost, quality, and schedule
Ensure compliance with local authorities, regulations, and industry standards, including coordination of approvals and submissions
Monitor and control project financial performance, providing regular reporting and strategic insights while driving continuous improvement through best practices
About You:
10–12 years of experience in project delivery, including 4–6 years in a leadership/management role, with exposure to developers, contractors, or consultants
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with Project Management certification preferred
Strong understanding of UAE building codes, Dubai construction laws, and regulatory compliance requirements
Proven expertise in project planning, execution, budget control, and risk management, including managing scope changes and project lifecycle
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera) and reporting platforms such as Power BI and MS Office suite
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams
