About the Role


We’re looking for an Area Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life across multiple stores. In this role, you’ll create inspiring product displays, ensure consistent visual standards, and elevate the customer experience through thoughtful, trend‑right merchandising.



Key Responsibilities

  • Execute visual merchandising displays for seasonal launches, promotions, and new product arrivals.

  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual standards across all assigned stores.

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit displays, assess effectiveness, and identify improvements.

  • Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising principles and best practices.

  • Collaborate with sales, retail, and marketing teams to align displays with campaigns and commercial priorities.

  • Manage and maintain VM materials, tools, and display props.

  • Analyze sales performance and customer traffic to optimize layouts and product placement.




Qualifications & Skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 6+ years of visual merchandising experience.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.


Skills

  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and brand‑aligned design thinking.

  • Ability to plan and execute multi‑store VM projects.

  • Good communication and training abilities for supporting store teams.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Understanding of retail performance metrics and how VM impacts sales.
