GENERAL MISSION
Hermès is looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen its understanding of both clients and business dynamics across our 6 stores in the Middle East region. The role combines customer‑centric analyses with deep business performance insights to support teams in elevating service, client experience, and retail excellence. By ensuring high data quality and transforming complex information into actionable recommendations, the Data Analyst will help the Maison make informed decisions that advance both customer knowledge and operational performance.
Responsibilities
Dashboards creation & maintaining
Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of business performance and clients’ behaviour (e.g. client journey, spending patterns)
Collaborate with Group and Europe Data Analytics Team to enrich the current dashboards with more insights
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented in all dashboards and reports, implementing robust data validation processes.
Proactively gather and translate evolving business requirements from various stakeholders into actionable specifications for new dashboard development and enhancements
CUSTOMER DATA QUALITY
Improve the customer database quality and animate the retail teams to share best practices in Customer data capture
Ensure regular monitoring of the customer database by developing dedicated analyses and Reports
Support and deploy Group projects locally, adapting to specific market needs
Develop assets to train sales teams on customer data management
Customer Knowledge
Be responsible of customer knowledge for the subsidiary by sharing retail and customer orientated insights
Analyse customer patterns and retail performances to support strategic decisions
Proactively monitor and identify emerging client behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to anticipate future opportunities and challenges
Support customer targeting initiatives with CRM analyses and provide detailed customer profile analyses
Accompany group analytics initiatives, such as customer segmentation, and animate them across the subsidiary
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or deepen understanding of behavior or trends that are not available in existing automated dashboards
Retail excellence & Business performance
Analyse on a regular basis (e.g. weekly, monthly) the retail performance and key KPIs (e.g. sales, sales per metiers, traffic, conversion rate, UPT, average basket)
Propose recommendations and build action plans
Ensure harmonization and alignment of performance indicators across teams and stores, aligned with the Group
Contribute to the preparation of business reviews, strategic committees, and management presentations, providing clear and data-backed narratives
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or in Science / Data Analysis / Computer Science, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Confirmed background in statistical methodologies and social behaviour analysis
Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and BI and visualization tools (Power BI and/or Cognos IBM)
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Ability to analyse and synthesize

Team spirit
Fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English mandatory. Arabic & French are a plus.
