Associate Manager, PR & Events Job at LVMH

Position

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and passionate Associate Manager - PR & Events to join the Fenty Middle East Marketing team.

This role will play a key part in supporting the execution of influencer, PR, and event strategies across the full Fenty verse – Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair and Fenty Fragrance.



Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the PR & Events Associate will be instrumental in helping build brand love and buzz in the region through influencer relationships, creative product seeding, and impactful brand moments.



Location: Dubai

Job responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day influencer relations, including identifying new talent, maintaining relationships, and coordinating collaborations across platforms.
  

• Run and coordinate seeding programs, PR send-outs, and exclusive influencer moments that spark conversation and drive visibility.
  
  

• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer events, both intimate and large-scale, aligned with brand launches or key cultural moments.
  
  

• Coordinate paid influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are tracked, timelines met, and content aligned with brand guidelines.
  
  

• Work closely with the PR agency to align on media outreach, coverage tracking, and press moments across the region.
  
  

• Support the planning and logistics of retail activations and events, including Sephora CRM initiatives and wider market-facing brand experiences.
  
  

• Track, report and analyze the impact of influencer and PR efforts on a regular basis.

Profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred, not mandatory)
  
  

• Passionate about beauty and the Fenty brand universe
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or events
  
  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
  
  

• A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  
  

• Culturally aware and plugged into the beauty and social media landscape in the Middle East.
