Efficiently assists the Boutique Manager to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability through:

Act as an Ambassador of the Maison inside and outside the boutique: naturally embodies the BVLGARI credo.
Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Drives own & team's sales target
Proactive sales inside and outside the boutique
Have knowledge/curiosity of the market and the competition
Supports in identifying stock opportunities, trends and elaborate action plan
Supports as per the Store Manager's request in creating reports, analysis and interpret retail data such as revenues, expenses and competitions
TEAM
Coaches and trains on the floor (customer service, product, after sales service, grooming, visual merchandising
Daily briefing
Follow ups on team's KPIS
OPERATIONS
Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays
Leads and organizes the inventories in liaison with support function teams
Ensures the perfect retail standards, coordinates with retail operations and suppliers in regard to store maintenance
Supervises AFFS performance
Coordinates daily customer service operations
Ensure the coordination with Mall in regard to mall and police permits
Supports in identifying stock opportunities and trends
Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines
CLIENTELING
To deliver excellent client experience
To elevate clients' experience within the store
To share and gather ideas on clienteling activities
Establish and develop relationship with existing clients and engage new customers to the brand
Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation
Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring the client satisfaction is restored

Additional information
The person we are looking for has at least 3-5 years of experience in a Team Manager position with a very strong commercial acumen.
Has successfully driven own sales target for self and supported in collective targets of store and / or market.
The successful candidate has a track proven record of proactively handling client relationship inside and outside the boutique.
They are consciously committed and driven by effectiveness at work, has already managed a team of sales people and is able to share Knowledge of the luxury industry by being curious of the market and the competition.
With the Store Manager, they will ensure that the store embodies the brand guidelines to the highest level and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
