Job responsibilities

Your mission

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and clearing activities.

  • Support sales posting and payment reconciliations, including Adyen and general ledger follow-up.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Support Group reporting requirements, including accruals, sales recognition, and balance sheet follow-up.

  • Manage intercompany accounting topics, including reconciliations and rebilling.

  • Review and validate invoices and purchase orders in line with internal controls.

  • Act as a key contact for SAP and support expense and invoice workflows, including Expensya and Esker.

  • Coordinate important office and administrative processes, including renewals, insurance, utilities, and employee-related documentation.

  • Support HR administration and liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, insurers, telecom providers, and authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy, discretion, and reliability.

Profile

Your experience and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations, ideally combined with office administration responsibilities.

  • Strong hands-on SAP experience is essential.

  • Solid knowledge of AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations, GL postings, clearing activities, and month-end processes.

  • Experience with payment reconciliation processes, ideally including Adyen, is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with Expensya and Esker is highly preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or wholesale environments is a plus.

  • Familiarity with UAE administrative processes and renewals is an advantage.

  • English is required; Arabic is a plus.

  • Based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.

Skills development opportunities

This role offers the opportunity to further develop accounting and reporting expertise across two legal entities, while gaining broader exposure to office administration and cross-functional coordination. It also provides valuable experience in SAP, reconciliations, month-end activities, and stakeholder management across finance, HR, and operations.

Recruitment process
