Balmain Paris is a renowned French luxury fashion house founded by Pierre Balmain in 1945. Born into a fashion-focused family, Pierre Balmain revolutionized French style with his debut show in October 1945, which introduced curve-enhancing silhouettes such as bell-shaped skirts nipped in at the waist. His designs quickly gained global influence, and the brand became a powerhouse at the forefront of fashion’s new liberated direction.
